Fantastic Product by a fantastic company

I bought my wallet thirteen years ago during the initial Kickstarter campaign and have not gone a day without it since. It is a top quality product that lives up to the claims made by the manufacturer. I recently damaged some threads in the inner base plate and approached Ridge to inquire about a repair. True to their word of a lifetime warranty, I was immediately sent a replacement wallet with no questions asked. Thank you Ridge for an absolutely brilliant product and for caring about your customer base.

Great product and amazing Customer service

I have had the wallet for a couple years now and it’s awesome. Compact, comfortable in my pocket and hold everything I need. I had an issue with some of the screws and customer service was amazing, helped me with a replacement that was fast and easy! I’ll be a long time customer for sure. :)
