Warranty Program at Ridge is Excellent!

I purchased a silicone ring set from Ridge about a year ago. I would wear the gunmetal grey ring everyday when I recently noticed a small tear on the edge of the ring. I attribute this to me working outdoors and not from the workmanship of the ring itself. I contacted Ridge via their website, placed a claim for the warranty issue and within a short period of time I received a replacement set. I am very happy with Ridge and the workmanship of their products. Ridge’s warranty and replacement policy is excellent too! Thank you Ridge!
