Plaque de Sangle à billets

Original strap wore out, did an online warranty coverage submission. Replacement kit came promptly, within a few days after approval, am satisfied with overall experience.

A bit of a hassle since I have owned the wallet for a long time and had no paperwork. Ridge worked it out for me and I am very pleased. All of our communications were answered very quickly.

New kit seems to be high quality and was easy to install.

I contacted Ridge for some replacement parts that were needed for my carbon fiber wallet and they over delivered and it arrived faster than estimated too. Great people to work with and look forward to interacting with them in the future.

Works as described.
